All products available for purchase on our website will be sent from Poultry Australia’s warehouse in Hobart.We work with a number of delivery companies including Australia Post and Team Global Express (formerly Toll) to ensure your order is delivered anywhere in Australia quickly and safely.

The tracking number and a link to the tracking details can be found in the shipping confirmation email. We’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.The only product on our website that doesn’t come with a tracking number is the Digital Egg Incubator Hygrometer & Thermometer. These deliveries usually take one to five working days.

We’re located in Hobart and we aren’t currently offering pickup.Please get in touch if you have any concerns about delivering an item to your delivery address before placing an order. We’re happy to work with your chosen delivery company to ensure a smooth delivery.

We no longer sell fertile eggs or live poultry. However, there is a community of breeders with fertile eggs for sale on our website. Most breeders will express post eggs anywhere in Australia. You can view their fertile egg listings under the Fertile eggs for sale page on our website. For information on purchasing live poultry, we recommend viewing Poultry Australia’s guide to buying live poultry. Transporting live poultry long distances is more challenging than posting fertile eggs. If you’re trying to source live poultry, we recommend contacting your local poultry club. Poultry clubs are a trustworthy way to connect with reputable breeders with live poultry for sale. Your nearest poultry club can be found through a Google or Facebook search.
